Recently, good news came from a subsidiary of Houpu Co., Ltd., namely Houpu Clean Energy Group Sichuan Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Engineering Technology”): Three sets of LNG projects in Yichuan, Shaanxi Province , which were previously signed, were successfully put into operation after 4 months of efficient construction. So far, they have been operating stably for more than half a year, continuously producing qualified LNG products, and the operating conditions have been stable and excellent!
The implementation and commissioning of this project marks that Houpu’s natural gas sector has officially completed the layout of the full industrial chain, successfully entered the LNG production end of the natural gas industrial chain, and achieved the full – industrial – chain connection from natural gas wellhead station gathering and transportation, natural gas deep – processing to terminal refueling.
Looking back on the project process, the “Houpu speed” is remarkable: After the project contract was officially signed, the whole process from construction drawing design, equipment procurement, non – standard equipment and modular skid manufacturing to on – site installation, commissioning and production was efficiently promoted, and finally qualified LNG products were successfully produced. In just 4 months, Engineering Technology successfully completed the construction tasks of the entire system, including raw gas metering and pressurization, acid removal, dehydration and mercury removal, heavy hydrocarbon removal, liquification, refrigerant compression, and LNG loading. At the same time, it also completed the supporting auxiliary projects such as the gas power generation system, heat – conducting oil station, air and nitrogen station, and desalinated water station of the device, fulfilling its commitment to customers with professional strength.
