In Hainan Tongka project, the original system architecture is complex, with a large number of access stations and a large amount of business data. In 2019, according to customer requirements, theone-card management system was optimized, and IC card management and gas cylinder safety supervision were separated, thus optimizing the overall system architecture and improving the overall system operation efficiency.

The project covers 43 filling stations and monitor the cylinder refueling for more than 17,000 CNG vehicles and over 1,000 LNG vehicles. It has connected the six major gas companies of Dazhong, Shennan, Xinyuan, CNOOC, Sinopec and Jiarun, as well as the banks. More than 20,000 IC cards have been issued.
