The HOUPU LNG cryogenic storage tanks are available in two insulation forms: vacuum powder insulation and high vacuum winding. The HOUPU LNG cryogenic storage tanks come in various models ranging from 30 to 100 cubic meters. The static evaporation rate of the vacuum powder insulation and high vacuum winding insulation is ≤ 0.115. They are suitable for various LNG refueling stations and gasification stations.
The tank body material of HOUPU LNG cryogenic storage tanks follows the design and manufacturing standards for cryogenic storage tanks. The inner tank and pipelines of the storage tank are made of S30408 stainless steel. The pipelines in the vacuum interlayer of the storage tank adopt equal wall thickness and fully welded butt joints, which have sufficient compensation capacity to adapt to thermal expansion and contraction, ensuring that the pipelines do not freeze and the outer shell does not crack at low temperatures. The insulation material has a low thermal conductivity coefficient, high insulation performance and radiation resistance.
During the production process of the HOUPU LNG cryogenic storage tank, advanced and complete winding equipment is adopted, and the winding process is strictly controlled to ensure the tightness and uniformity of the winding. Meanwhile, imported molecular sieves and chemical adsorbents are built into the vacuum layer. After the surface of the HOUPU LNG cryogenic storage tanks is sandblasted, it is sprayed with HEMPEL white epoxy paint, which has UV protection function, reduces radiative heat transfer, and ensures the vacuum stability and cryogenic insulation of the storage tank during its working life.
Above the HOUPU LNG cryogenic storage tanks, there are two safety valve assemblies installed to meet the safety discharge requirements in both non-fire and fire situations. The HOUPU LNG cryogenic storage tanks uses non-sparking vacuum gauge tube materials and special protective covers, ensuring high safety and excellent performance. It uses imported mature cryogenic valves, along with vacuum gauge valve groups and high vacuum diaphragm evacuation valves. Additionally, the HOUPU LNG cryogenic storage tanks is equipped with on-site pressure and liquid level display instruments, facilitating data collection and safety monitoring during operation. Each of the HOUPU LNG cryogenic storage tanks undergoes strict performance and quality inspections before leaving the factory. Before leaving, helium mass spectrometry leak detectors are used for leak detection, 100% X-ray inspections are conducted on the joint joints, 100% penetrant testing is performed on the corner joints, and each piece of equipment is nitrogen purged, pre-cooled with liquid nitrogen, filled with nitrogen for protection, and street-pinned with lead seals. Only after ensuring excellent quality are these tanks safely delivered to customers.
As of now, the LNG cryogenic storage tanks provided by Houpu Clean Energy Group Co., Ltd have been widely used in over 3,000 LNG refueling stations across the country.
