Hydrogen diaphragm compressor skid

The hydrogen diaphragm compressor skid, introduced by Houpu Hydrogen Energy from French technology, is available in two series: medium pressure and low pressure. It is the core pressurization system of hydrogen refueling stations. This skid consists of a hydrogen diaphragm compressor, piping system, cooling system and electrical system. It can be equipped with a full life cycle health unit, mainly providing power for hydrogen refueling, filling and compression.

The internal layout of the Houpu hydrogen diaphragm compressor skid is reasonable, with low vibration. The instruments, process pipelines and valves are centrally arranged, providing a large operating space and facilitating inspection and maintenance. The compressor adopts a mature electromechanical operation structure with good sealing performance and high hydrogen purity. It features an advanced membrane cavity curved surface design, which increases efficiency by 20% compared to similar products, reduces energy consumption, and saves 15-30KW of energy per hour. The pipeline design includes a large circulation system to achieve internal circulation within the compressor skid, reducing frequent starts and stops of the compressor. It is equipped with a servo valve for automatic adjustment, ensuring a long service life of the diaphragm. The electrical system features one-button start-stop control with light-load start-stop function, enabling unattended operation and high levels of intelligence. It is equipped with an intelligent management system, safety detection devices, and multiple safety protections, including equipment fault early warning and full life cycle health management, ensuring high safety performance.

Each hydrogen diaphragm compressor skid equipment is tested for pressure, temperature, displacement, leakage and other performance with helium. The product is mature and reliable, with excellent performance and low failure rate. It is suitable for various working conditions and can operate at full load for a long time.
