- Plateau-Adapted LNG Storage & Vaporization System
The station's core is equipped with vacuum-insulated LNG storage tanks and efficient ambient air vaporizer skids. Tailored for Zhaotong's high altitude, significant daily temperature variations, and low winter temperatures, the vaporizers feature a wide-temperature-range adaptive design, maintaining efficient and stable vaporization even in low-temperature environments. The system includes a BOG recovery and recondensation unit, achieving near-zero emissions during operation. - Intelligent Pressure Regulation, Metering & Distribution Control
Regasified natural gas is precisely pressure-regulated and metered by a multi-stage pressure regulation and metering skid before entering the city's medium-pressure pipeline network. The entire station employs a SCADA intelligent monitoring and control system for real-time monitoring and remote adjustment of tank level, outlet pressure, flow rate, and equipment status. It can automatically start/stop the vaporization system based on pipeline pressure fluctuations, enabling intelligent peak shaving. - Intensive Site Design for Mountainous Areas & Seismic Safety
In response to limited land availability and complex geological conditions in mountainous areas, the station adopts a compact modular layout with rational zoning for the process area, storage tank area, and control area. Equipment foundations and pipe supports are designed per seismic fortification requirements, utilizing flexible connections to ensure long-term operational safety in this geologically active region. - EPC Turnkey Full-Cycle Service & Localized Delivery
As the EPC contractor, HOUPU provides services covering preliminary survey, process design, equipment integration, civil construction, installation and commissioning, and personnel training. During project execution, optimization of equipment was completed based on local climate, geology, and operational conditions, and a local operation and maintenance support system was established to ensure efficient project handover and long-term stable operation.
