    The vessel's overall design, fuel tank arrangement, safety system configuration, and construction processes strictly adhere to CCS Guidelines and relevant international rules. Its core LNG fuel bunkering system, tank containment system, and safety control system have undergone comprehensive review and inspection by CCS, obtaining corresponding ship classification notations and additional marks. This ensures absolute compliance and safety throughout the vessel's entire lifecycle of design, construction, and operation.
  2. Efficient Mobile Bunkering & Zero BOG Emission Technology
    The vessel integrates high-flow cryogenic submersible pumps and dual-side bunkering systems, with a leading maximum single bunkering rate capable of efficiently serving large LNG-powered vessels. It innovatively employs a closed BOG full recovery management process, utilizing BOG re-liquefaction or pressurization/re-injection technology to achieve near-zero boil-off gas emission during fuel storage, transportation, and bunkering operations, solving the emission and safety challenges associated with traditional mobile bunkering.

    The design implements the principles of "risk isolation and redundant control," establishing a multi-layered safety architecture:

    • Structural Safety: Independent Type C fuel tanks meet integrity requirements under accidental conditions such as collision and grounding.
    • Process Safety: Equipped with ship-wide flammable gas detection, ventilation linkage, and water spray protection systems.
    • Operational Safety: The bunkering system integrates Emergency Release Couplings (ERC), breakaway valves, and safety interlock communication with receiving vessels, ensuring absolute safety at the bunkering interface.

    The vessel is equipped with advanced dynamic positioning and thruster systems, enabling precise mooring and stable operation in narrow, busy waters. Through an integrated intelligent energy efficiency management platform, the vessel optimizes bunkering schedules, manages fuel inventory, predicts equipment health, and enables remote shore-based monitoring, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and economy.
