Core Systems & Technical Features

  1. Shore-Based Integrated Design Adapted to Yangtze Hydrological Characteristics

To address the significant seasonal water level fluctuations and diverse vessel types on the Yangtze, the station adopts an integrated model of "floating bunkering pontoon + shore-based storage and control system." The pontoon is equipped with a multi-directional positioning system and flexible loading arms to adapt to different water levels and ship types, enabling safe and convenient mooring for bunkering. The shore-based section integrates large vacuum-insulated storage tanks, a BOG recovery unit, and an intelligent control center, featuring a compact layout that meets flood prevention requirements.

  2. High-Efficiency, Large-Flow Ship Bunkering System

The station's core equipment includes high-flow cryogenic submerged pumps and large-bore marine loading arms, with a maximum single bunkering rate reaching 300 cubic meters per hour, significantly reducing bunkering time for large vessels. The system integrates mass flow meters and online sampling analyzers, ensuring accurate custody transfer and real-time monitoring of fuel quality, fully complying with maritime authorities' regulations for ship fuel bunkering.

  3. Intelligent Coordinated Control & Ship-Shore Safety Linkage

An integrated intelligent safety management platform for "Ship-Shore-Station" is established. The system features automatic ship identification, remote bunkering scheduling, fully automated bunkering process control, and real-time data logging. For safety, it integrates gas leak detection on the pontoon, an Emergency Release Coupling (ERC) system, and safety interlocks (ESD) between the shore station and the vessel's fuel tanks, guaranteeing absolute safety at the ship-shore interface.

  4. Green Shore Power & Comprehensive Energy Utilization

The bunkering station innovatively incorporates a low-carbon design combining "cold energy utilization + shore power supply." It fully utilizes the cold energy released during the LNG regasification process to provide cooling for station facilities or surrounding buildings. Concurrently, the station is equipped with a high-capacity shore power system for vessels, supplying clean electricity to ships during bunkering, achieving "one call, two services" (fuel + power) and supporting zero-emission vessel operations in port.
