The station adopts a highly integrated, modular skid-mounted design. The LNG storage tank, submersible pump, vaporization and pressure regulation system, control system, and dispenser are all integrated into a transportable skid-mounted module, enabling rapid deployment and flexible operation.

- Integrated Skid-Mounted Design
The entire station employs a factory-prefabricated, containerized skid structure that undergoes integrated testing. It integrates a 60-cubic-meter vacuum-insulated LNG storage tank, a cryogenic submersible pump skid, an ambient air vaporizer, a BOG recovery unit, and a dual-nozzle dispenser. All piping, electrical, and control systems are installed and commissioned before leaving the factory, achieving "plug-and-play" operation. On-site work is minimized to foundation leveling and utility connections, drastically reducing the construction timeline and dependence on complex conditions. - Enhanced Adaptability for Plateau & Mountainous Environments
Specifically optimized for Yunnan's high altitude, rainy climate, and complex geology:- Materials & Corrosion Protection: Equipment exteriors feature weather-resistant heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings; electrical components are designed for moisture and condensation resistance.
- Seismic Resistance & Stability: The skid structure is reinforced for seismic resistance and equipped with a hydraulic leveling system to adapt to uneven sites.
- Power Adaptation: Submersible pumps and the control system are optimized for low atmospheric pressure, ensuring stable operation at high altitudes.
- Intelligent Monitoring & Remote Operation
The station is equipped with an IoT-based intelligent monitoring system that enables real-time monitoring of tank level, pressure, temperature, and equipment status. It supports remote start/stop, fault diagnosis, and data reporting. The system integrates safety interlocks and leak alarms and can achieve unattended operation via mobile networks, reducing long-term operation, maintenance costs, and staffing requirements. - Flexible Expansion & Sustainable Operation
The skid-mounted design offers excellent scalability, supporting future addition of storage tank modules or co-location with CNG or charging facilities. The station interfaces for photovoltaic integration and energy storage system installation. In the future, it can integrate with local renewable energy sources for self-generation and consumption, further reducing its carbon footprint.
