The system can start from a cold state and ramp up to full output within 30 minutes based on pipeline pressure signals, achieving rapid response and precise peak shaving. - Intelligent Peak-Shaving & Pipeline Control System
An integrated intelligent dispatch platform for "Station-Network-End Users" is established. The system monitors upstream supply pressure, city pipeline network pressure, and downstream consumption load in real-time. Using intelligent algorithms to forecast peak-shaving demand, it automatically starts/stops vaporizer modules and adjusts output flow, achieving seamless synergy with long-distance transmission pipelines and ensuring remains within the safe operating range. - High-Reliability Design & Multiple Safety Safeguards
The design adheres to the highest safety standards for urban gas peak-shaving stations, establishing a comprehensive safety protection system:- Process Safety: Critical equipment in the regasification and distribution systems is redundantly configured, featuring a SIS (Safety Instrumented System) for automatic interlocked protection against overpressure and leaks.
