  1. Ultra-Large-Scale High-Efficiency Regasification System
    The project core employs a multi-module parallel ambient-air and water-bath hybrid regasification system, with a single-unit regasification capacity reaching 5,000 Nm³/h. The total regasification scale meets the continuous and stable supply of 160,000 cubic meters per day. The system is equipped with intelligent load adjustment and multi-stage heat exchange optimization technology, enabling real-time adjustment of the number of operating modules and regasification power based on the gas consumption load of the refining units, maximizing energy efficiency. The specific regasification energy consumption ranks among the industry's best.
  2. Industrial-Grade High-Pressure Stable Gas Supply & Metering System
    The regasified natural gas passes through a multi-stage pressure regulation and precise flow control system, with output pressure stabilized within the range of 2.5-4.0 MPa and a pressure fluctuation rate ≤ ±1%. This fully meets the stringent requirements of petrochemical process units for inlet gas pressure and stability. The supply pipeline is equipped with custody-transfer ultrasonic flow meters and online gas quality analyzers, enabling precise measurement of gas supply volume and real-time monitoring of key indicators such as hydrocarbon dew point and water dew point.
  3. Full-Process Intelligent Control & Safety Redundancy Design
    The project constructs a three-tier "DCS + SIS + CCS" control and safety architecture:

    • DCS System enables centralized monitoring and automatic adjustment of all站 equipment.
    • SIS (Safety Instrumented System) achieves SIL2 level, providing interlocked protection for tank pressure, pipeline leaks, and fire risks.
    • CCS (Load Coordination System) can receive real-time changes in gas demand from the user side and automatically adjust the entire station's operation strategy to ensure dynamic balance between supply and demand.
  4. Customized Design Adapted to Refining & Chemical Park Environment
    To address the operational environment of petrochemical parks characterized by high risk, high corrosion, and strict environmental requirements, the project features comprehensive:

    • Equipment materials utilize corrosion-resistant special stainless steel and heavy-duty coating protection.
    • The layout of the regasification area and storage tank area complies with petrochemical fire and explosion prevention codes, featuring independent firefighting and relief systems.
    • The venting system integrates BOG recovery and recondensation units, achieving near-zero VOC emissions and meeting the highest environmental standards.
