Core Systems & Technical Features
- Intensive Integration of Petrol and Gas Dual Systems
The station adopts a design of independent zoning with centralized control. The petrol area is equipped with multi-nozzle gasoline/diesel dispensers and underground storage tanks, while the gas area CNG compressors, storage vessel banks, and CNG dispensers. The two major systems achieve physical isolation and data linkage through an intelligent distribution pipeline network and a central control platform, enabling safe and efficient parallel operation of refueling and gas filling services within a limited space. - Efficient and Stable CNG Storage & Refueling System
The CNG system employs multi-stage compression and sequential control storage technology, efficient compressors and high, medium, and low-pressure staged storage vessel banks. It can automatically switch gas sources based on vehicle refueling demand, achieving fast and stable refueling. The dispensers integrate precise metering and safety self-locking functions, ensuring a safe, controllable, and traceable refueling process. - Safety & Environmental Design Adapted to Northwest Arid Climate
Tailored for Ningxia's dry, dusty, and large temperature variation environment, station equipment and pipelines feature specialized protection:- Petrol storage tanks and pipelines use corrosion-resistant materials with cathodic protection technology.
- The CNG equipment area has dust and sand-proof structures and an all-weather temperature-adaptive control system.
- The entire station is equipped with vapor recovery units and VOC monitoring systems, ensuring operations meet environmental requirements.
- Intelligent Operation & Digital Management Platform
The station deploys PetroChina's unified smart station control system, supporting vehicle identification, electronic payment, remote monitoring, and real-time energy data analysis. The system can dynamically optimize the allocation of petrol and gas inventory, automatically generate operational reports, and support data with provincial-level energy management platforms, achieving standardized, visual, and remotely maintainable operation management.
