Core Product & Technical Features
-
Intensive Shore-Based Modular Design
The station adopts a highly integrated skid-mounted modular layout. Core equipment areas, including the vacuum-insulated LNG storage tank, submersible pump skid, metering skid,
and control room, are arranged in a compact manner. The overall design is space-efficient, effectively adapting to the limited land availability in the port's back-up area. All modules
were prefabricated and tested off-site, significantly reducing on-site construction and commissioning time.
-
Efficient Ship-Shore Compatible Bunkering System
Equipped with a dual-channel bunkering system, it is compatible with both truck-to-station liquid unloading and ship shore-based bunkering operations. The marine bunkering unit
utilizes high-flow cryogenic submersible pumps and a breakaway hose system, paired with high-precision mass flow meters and online sampling ports. This ensures bunkering
efficiency
and custody transfer accuracy, with a single maximum bunkering capacity meeting the endurance needs of 10,000-ton-class vessels.
-
Safety-Enhanced Design for Port Environment
The design strictly adheres to port hazardous chemical management regulations, establishing a multi-layered safety system:
- Zonal Segregation: Storage, and bunkering areas, with physical bunds and fire safety distances.
- Intelligent Monitoring: Integrates tank pressure/level safety interlocks, station-wide combustible gas concentration monitoring, and video analytics systems.
- Emergency Response: Features an Emergency Shutdown (ESD) system linked to the port fire station for alarm.
-
Intelligent Operation & Energy Management Platform
The entire station is managed by a unified Intelligent Station Control System, enabling one-stop operations for order management, remote scheduling, automated bunkering process
control, data logging, and report generation. The platform supports data exchange with port dispatch systems and maritime regulatory platforms, enhancing the efficiency of port
energy dispatch and the level of safety supervision.
