Core Systems & Technical Features
- Dual-System Integration of Direct LNG Refueling & LNG-to-CNG Conversion
The station integrates two core processes:- Direct LNG Refueling System: Equipped with high-vacuum insulated storage tanks and cryogenic submersible pumps, it provides efficient, low-loss liquid fuel refueling for LNG vehicles.
- LNG-to-CNG Conversion System: LNG is converted to ambient-temperature natural gas via efficient ambient air vaporizers, then compressed to 25MPa by oil-free hydraulic piston compressors and stored in CNG storage vessel banks, providing a stable gas source for CNG vehicles.
- Intelligent Multi-Energy Dispatch Platform
The station employs an integrated intelligent energy management and control system that automatically optimizes the allocation of LNG between the direct refueling and conversion systems based on vehicle demand and station energy status. The system features load forecasting, equipment, energy efficiency analysis, and supports interconnection and remote visual management of multi-energy data (gas, electricity, cooling) within the station. - Compact Modular Layout & Rapid Construction
The station adopts an intensive, modular design, with LNG storage tanks, vaporizer skids, compressor units, storage vessel banks, and dispensing equipment rationally arranged within a limited space. Through factory prefabrication and rapid on-site assembly, the project significantly shortened the construction period, providing a viable path for promoting the "one-station, multiple functions" model in areas with limited urban land availability. - High-Safety Multi-Energy Risk Control System
The design establishes a station-wide layered safety and protection system covering the LNG cryogenic area, CNG high-pressure area, and refueling operation area. This includes cryogenic leak detection, high-pressure over-limit protection, combustible gas detection, and emergency shutdown linkage. The system complies with relevant standards such as GB 50156 and supports data interconnection with local safety regulatory platforms.
