- Multi-Energy Process Integration System
The station features a compact layout integrating three core processes:- LNG Storage & Supply System: Equipped with a large-capacity vacuum-insulated storage tank serving as the primary gas source for the entire station.
- L-CNG Conversion System: Integrates efficient ambient air vaporizers and oil-free compressor units to convert LNG into CNG for CNG vehicles.
- Marine Bunkering System: Configured with a high-flow marine bunkering skid and dedicated loading arms to meet the rapid refueling needs of inland vessels.
These systems are interconnected via intelligent distribution manifolds, enabling efficient gas dispatch and backup.
- Dual-Side Refueling Interfaces & Intelligent Metering
- Landside: Installs dual-nozzle LNG and dual-nozzle CNG dispensers to serve various commercial vehicles.
- Waterside: Features an EU-compliant LNG marine bunkering unit supporting preset quantity, data logging, and ship identification.
- Metering System: Employs independent high-precision mass flow meters for the vehicle and marine channels respectively, ensuring accuracy and compliance for custody transfer.
- Intelligent Energy Management & Safety Monitoring Platform
The entire station is centrally monitored and controlled via a unified Station Control System (SCS). The platform offers:- Dynamic Load Distribution: Optimizes the allocation of LNG to different processes in real-time based on the refueling demands of vessels and vehicles.
- Tiered Safety Interlocking: Implements independent Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) and Emergency Shutdown (ESD) procedures for the land and water operating zones.
- Remote O&M & Electronic Reporting: Enables remote equipment diagnostics and automatically generates bunkering reports and emission data compliant with EU standards.
- Compact Design & Environmental Adaptability
In response to space constraints in port areas and the strict environmental requirements of the Danube River basin, the station adopts a compact, modular layout. All equipment is treated for low-noise operation and corrosion resistance. The system integrates a BOG recovery and re-liquefaction unit, ensuring near-zero emissions of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) during operation, fully complying with the EU Industrial Emissions Directive and local environmental regulations.
