Project Overview
This project is a fixed-base LNG regasification station located in an industrial zone of Nigeria. Its core process utilizes a closed-loop water bath vaporizer system. Serving as a critical energy conversion facility between LNG storage and downstream user pipelines, it efficiently and controllably converts cryogenic liquid natural gas into ambient-temperature gaseous fuel through a stable heat exchange process, providing a continuous and reliable supply of clean fuel for local industrial production.

Core Product & Technical Features

  1. High-Efficiency Closed-Loop Water Bath Vaporization System
    The station's core consists of multi-unit, parallel water bath vaporizers, utilizing an independent closed-loop water system as the heating medium. This system offers the distinct advantages of adjustable heating power and stable outlet gas temperature. It is unaffected by external ambient temperature and humidity fluctuations, maintaining stable designed vaporization capacity under any climatic condition. This makes it particularly suitable for industrial users with stringent requirements for gas supply pressure and temperature.
  2. Integrated Heat Source & Intelligent Temperature Control
    The system integrates high-efficiency gas-fired hot water boilers as the primary heat source, coupled with heat exchangers and circulating pump sets. An intelligent PID temperature control system precisely regulates the water bath temperature, ensuring accurate control of the vaporizer's outlet gas temperature (typically stabilized within ±2°C). This guarantees the safe and stable operation of downstream pipelines and equipment.
  3. Multi-Layer Safety Redundancy & Emergency Design
    The design incorporates dual-loop heat source redundancy (main boiler + standby boiler) and emergency power backup (for critical instrumentation and control circuits). This ensures the system can maintain safe operation or achieve an orderly shutdown in the event of grid fluctuations or primary heat source failure. The system features built-in multi-level safety interlocks for pressure, temperature, and level, integrated with combustible gas detection and Emergency Shutdown (ESD) systems.
  4. Optimized Design for Unstable Grid Conditions
    In response to local grid instability, all critical rotating equipment (e.g., circulating water pumps) employ Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) technology, providing soft-start capability and power adjustment to minimize grid impact. The control system is protected by Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), ensuring continuous safety monitoring and process control during power outages.

Localized Technical Support & Service
The project focused on the supply of the core water bath vaporization process package and成套 equipment, installation supervision, commissioning, and technical training. We provided specialized training for the local operations team tailored to this system and established a long-term support mechanism including remote technical assistance and a local spare parts inventory. This ensures the facility's performance and reliability over its operational lifetime. The completion of this station provides Nigeria and other regions with unstable power infrastructure but high demand for gas supply stability with a technologically mature, reliably operating LNG regasification solution that is independent of external climatic constraints.
