  1. Efficient Storage & Intelligent Pumping System
    The station's centerpiece is a 60 cubic meter mother-daughter type vacuum-insulated storage tank with a double-walled structure and a daily evaporation rate below 0.25%. It is paired with a highly integrated single-pump skid that combines the cryogenic submersible pump, EAG heater, BOG handling unit, and core valves/instrumentation. The pump skid utilizes variable frequency drive technology, intelligently adjusting output flow and pressure based on refueling demand to achieve optimal balance between energy consumption and efficiency.
  2. High-Precision Dispensing & Eco-Design
    The dispenser is equipped with a high-precision mass flow meter and a drip-proof cryogenic refueling nozzle, ensuring metering accuracy better than ±1.0%. The system integrates a zero BOG emission recovery process, where boil-off gas generated during refueling is effectively recovered and either re-liquefied or compressed back into the storage tank. This enables near-zero volatile organic compound emissions from the entire station, complying with stringent EU environmental standards.
  3. Compact Layout & Modular Construction
    Based on the optimized combination of a single-pump skid and a medium-sized storage tank, the overall station layout is extremely compact with a small footprint. This makes it particularly suitable for urban areas or highway service stations in Europe where land resources are limited. Core process piping is prefabricated off-site, allowing for rapid and straightforward on-site installation, significantly reducing construction time and complexity.
  4. Intelligent Control & Remote Operation
    The station control system is developed on an Industrial IoT platform, enabling real-time monitoring of tank level, pressure, pump skid status, and refueling data. The system supports remote diagnostics, preventive maintenance alerts, and energy efficiency analysis report generation. It can also interface with fleet management systems or third-party payment platforms to facilitate efficient, unattended operation.

Localization Adaptation & Sustainable Operation
The project strictly adheres to Czech and EU regulations, including the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), pressure equipment standards, and ATEX certification for explosive atmospheres.
