  2. Intelligent Gas Supply Control Adapted to Dynamic Ship Operations

    To address the vessel's operational profile of frequent load changes and pitch/roll motions, the system employs adaptive pressure-flow control technology. By monitoring main engine load and gas demand in real-time, it intelligently adjusts pump frequency and vaporizer output, ensuring gas pressure and temperature remain stable within set parameters (pressure fluctuation ±0.2 bar, temperature fluctuation ±3°C). This guarantees efficient and smooth engine combustion under various sea conditions.
  3. Multi-Layer Redundant Safety & Classification Society Compliance Design

    The system strictly adheres to the IGF Code and classification society rules, establishing a three-tier safety architecture:

    • Active Prevention: Fuel tanks equipped with secondary barrier leak detection, double-walled pipe transfer systems; safety zone and positive pressure ventilation.
    • Process Control: Dual-valve arrangements (SSV+VSV), leak detection, and automatic isolation on gas supply lines.
    • Emergency Response: Integrated marine-grade Emergency Shutdown System, linked ship-wide with fire and gas detection for millisecond-level safety shutdown.
  4. Intelligent Monitoring & Energy Efficiency Management Platform

    Equipped with a marine-grade central control system and remote monitoring interface. The system provides real-time display of fuel inventory, equipment status, gas supply parameters, and energy consumption data, supporting fault diagnosis and early warning. Data can be uploaded via satellite communication to a shore-based management center, enabling digitalized fleet fuel management and energy efficiency analysis, helping shipowners achieve cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and carbon footprint management.
