Core Systems & Technical Features
- Compact Containerized Integration
The entire station utilizes a 40-foot high-standard container module, integrating a vacuum-insulated LNG storage tank (customizable capacity), a cryogenic submersible pump skid, an ambient air vaporization and pressure regulation unit, and a dual-nozzle dispenser. All process piping, instrumentation, electrical systems, and safety controls are prefabricated, tested, and integrated at the factory, achieving "transport as a whole, commission rapidly." On-site work is minimized to external water/power connection and foundation securing, significantly reducing construction time and traffic impact within an operational expressway service area. - Fully Automated Unattended Operation
The station is equipped with an intelligent control and remote management platform, supporting vehicle identification, online payment, automatic metering, and electronic invoice issuance. Users can pre-schedule via a mobile app or vehicle terminal for a "arrive-and-refuel, seamless experience." The system features self-diagnostics, fault diagnosis, leak alarms, and emergency shutdown, fully meeting the 24/7 unattended operational needs of a service area. - Adaptability Design for Plateau Highway Scenarios
Specifically reinforced for high altitude, large temperature variations, and strong UV exposure:- Materials & Insulation: Storage tanks and piping use low-temperature resistant materials with added plateau-grade insulation and electric trace heating.
- Electrical Protection: Control cabinets and components meet IP65 rating, capable of moisture, dust resistance, and wide-temperature operation.
- Safety Redundancy: Features dual-circuit power supply and emergency backup power to ensure continuous, reliable operation during grid fluctuations.
- Smart Connectivity & Networked Management
The station's data is connected to a provincial-level clean energy transportation management cloud platform, enabling real-time uploads of inventory, refueling records, equipment status, and safety parameters. Operators can use the platform for multi-station协同 dispatch, energy demand forecasting, and supply chain optimization, laying the foundation for a future integrated smart corridor combining "expressway network - clean energy - logistics data."
