- Plateau-Adapted Power & Pressurization System
The installation integrates a plateau-specialized LNG cryogenic submersible pump and a multi-stage adaptive pressurization unit. These are specially designed and calibrated for the low atmospheric pressure and low-oxygen environment at 4700 meters, ensuring stable pumping and efficient pressurization of LNG under ultra-low saturation vapor pressure. The system can operate at full power within an ambient temperature range of -30°C to +20°C. - Structure & Material Design for Extreme Environments
The entire system utilizes special materials and coatings resistant to low temperatures and UV aging. Electrical components have a protection rating of IP68 or higher. Critical instruments and the control system are housed within a constant-pressure, constant-temperature protective enclosure. The structure is reinforced for wind and sand resistance, lightning protection, and seismic resilience, meeting the stringent demands of the plateau's natural environment. - Intelligent Combustion & Safety Control for Hypoxic Environment
To address the low oxygen content in the plateau air, the system integrates a low-NOx combustion and intelligent auxiliary combustion system, ensuring the efficient and stable operation of thermal equipment like vaporizers. The safety system is equipped with plateau-adapted gas leak detection and low-pressure emergency relief devices. It employs dual-mode satellite and wireless communication for remote monitoring and fault diagnosis, overcoming challenges associated with on-site staffing. - Modular Rapid Deployment & Energy Self-Sufficiency
The complete system is integrated within standard containers, allowing for rapid deployment via road transport or helicopter airlift. It becomes operational on-site with only simple leveling and connection of interfaces. The installation can be optionally equipped with a plateau-adapted photovoltaic-energy storage power system, achieving energy self-sufficiency in off-grid conditions and significantly enhancing independent operational capability in areas without power or network coverage.
