Designed for Mongolia’s harsh winter conditions, significant daily temperature variations, and geographically dispersed sites, the station incorporates cryogenic storage tanks, freeze-resistant vaporizers, and comprehensive station insulation with heating systems to ensure reliable operation in temperatures as low as -35°C. The system balances energy efficiency and operational simplicity, providing both LNG and CNG refueling services simultaneously. It is equipped with an intelligent load distribution and remote monitoring system, enabling automatic fuel source switching, real-time data transmission, and fault, significantly improving energy utilization efficiency and station management reliability.
Throughout the project, the team thoroughly considered Mongolia’s local energy infrastructure and regulatory environment, delivering a full-chain customized service covering energy solution feasibility studies, site planning, equipment integration, installation and commissioning, and local operation and maintenance training. The equipment features a modular, containerized design, greatly reducing construction time and minimizing dependency on complex on-site construction conditions. The commissioning of this station not only fills a gap in Mongolia’s L-CNG integrated energy supply sector but also provides a replicable system solution for clean energy station development in other regions with similar climatic and geographical challenges worldwide.
Looking ahead, as Mongolia’s demand for clean fuel continues to grow, this model of integrated, mobile, and cold-weather-adapted energy stations is expected to play an increasingly important role in the country’s transition towards cleaner transportation and industrial energy, contributing to a more resilient and sustainable regional energy supply system.
