We have recently successfully delivered a hydrogen refueling station system with a leading global refueling capacity of 1000 kg per day, marking our company's technical capabilities in large-scale hydrogen infrastructure as among the finest internationally. This hydrogen station adopts a highly integrated and intelligent design, incorporating a high-flow hydrogen compression system, high-density hydrogen storage units, multi-nozzle parallel dispensers, and a full-station smart energy management system. It can efficiently serve large-scale commercial hydrogen transportation scenarios such as buses, heavy-duty trucks, and logistics fleets, with a single station capable of servicing over 200 hydrogen fuel cell vehicles per day, strongly supporting the scaled operation of regional hydrogen transportation networks.
The core equipment of this station is independently developed by our company, featuring advanced functions such as high-flow continuous refueling, dynamic energy consumption optimization, and equipment health prediction, placing its refueling efficiency and operational economy at the forefront of the industry. The system employs multi-level safety redundancy design and a fully digitalized monitoring platform, enabling full traceability of the refueling process, risk early warning, and automated control. During project execution, we deeply integrated hydrogen equipment technology with IoT data technology, providing customers with a full-lifecycle solution spanning capacity planning, station commissioning, and smart operation—fully demonstrating our system integration capabilities and delivery assurance strength in green energy infrastructure.
The commissioning of this 1000 kg/day hydrogen refueling station not only fills the industrial gap in China for ultra-large-capacity hydrogen refueling equipment but also provides a reliable infrastructure model for the global scaling of hydrogen transportation.
