  1. Large-Scale Alkaline Water Electrolysis System
    The core hydrogen production system employs a modular, high-capacity alkaline electrolyzer array with an hourly hydrogen production capacity at the standard cubic meter level. The system is characterized by operational reliability, long service life, and strong adaptability. Integrated with efficient power supply, gas-liquid separation, and purification units, it produces hydrogen with stable purity exceeding 99.999%. Designed for renewable energy integration, it features flexible production and intelligent coupling capabilities, allowing production load adjustment based on electricity prices or green power availability, thereby enhancing overall economic efficiency.
  2. Intelligent High-Pressure Storage & Fast Refueling System
    • Hydrogen Storage System:
      Adopts a graded high-pressure hydrogen storage scheme, integrating 45MPa hydrogen storage vessel banks and buffer tanks. Intelligent dispatch strategies balance the continuous nature of production with the intermittent demand of refueling, ensuring stable supply pressure.
    • Refueling System:
      Equipped with dual-nozzle hydrogen dispensers at mainstream pressure levels (e.g., 70MPa/35MPa), integrating pre-cooling, precise metering, and safety interlocks. The refueling process complies with international protocols such as SAE J2601, featuring short refueling times to meet the efficient refueling needs of fleets including buses and heavy trucks.
    • Energy Management:
      An on-site Energy Management System (EMS) optimizes production energy consumption, storage strategies, and refueling dispatch to maximize the station's overall energy efficiency.
  3. Station-Wide Integrated Safety & Intelligent Control Platform
    Based on Functional Safety (SIL2) standards, a multi-layered safety protection system is established covering the entire process from production, purification, compression, storage, to refueling. This includes multi-point hydrogen leak detection, nitrogen inerting protection, explosion-proof pressure relief, and an Emergency Shutdown (ESD) system. The entire station is centrally monitored, dispatched, and managed by an intelligent central control platform, which supports remote operation and maintenance, fault diagnosis, and predictive maintenance, ensuring safe and efficient operation with minimal or no on-site personnel.
  4. EPC Turnkey Full-Cycle Service & Engineering Integration Capability
    As a turnkey project, we provided complete EPC services covering front-end planning, administrative approvals, design integration, equipment procurement, construction, system commissioning, and operational training. Key technical challenges successfully addressed included the engineering integration of the alkaline electrolysis system with high-pressure refueling facilities, localization and compliance of hydrogen safety and fire protection design, and the coordinated control of multiple systems in complex scenarios. This ensured the project's high-standard delivery, short construction cycle, and smooth commissioning.
