This project was not a simple equipment installation but a systematic and integrated green renewal project for in-service vessels. As the core supplier, our company provided an end-to-end solution encompassing preliminary design, key technology integration, and core equipment supply, successfully converting conventional diesel-powered vessels into advanced LNG/diesel dual-fuel powered vessels.

1. Compliant In-Depth Design & Systematic Retrofit:
   • Our technical improvement design strictly adhered to and detailed every requirement of the new rules, achieving the optimal integrated layout of the LNG storage tank, gas supply pipeline, safety monitoring system, and the original ship's power and electrical systems within limited space. This ensured the structural safety, stability compliance, and system compatibility of the converted vessels.
   • We provided a complete set of proprietary LNG marine gas supply equipment (including vaporization, pressure regulation, and control modules) tailored for the project. This equipment features high reliability, adaptive adjustment, and intelligent safety interlock functions, guaranteeing the stable and efficient operation of the dual-fuel system under varying loads.
2. Benchmark Value of "Diesel-to-Gas" Conversion:
   • The project successfully demonstrated the technical feasibility and economic superiority of dual-fuel conversion for mainstream vessel types in operation. The retrofitted vessels can flexibly switch fuels based on demand, significantly reducing emissions of sulfur oxides, nitrogen oxides, and particulates while notably saving fuel costs.
   • The smooth certification and operation of both vessels established a set of standardized retrofit processes and a technical package that is replicable and scalable. This provides shipowners with a clear expectation of investment return, greatly boosting market confidence in green vessel retrofits.
