- Compliant Dual-Fuel Power System
The vessel utilizes a low-speed diesel-LNG dual-fuel main engine, with sulfur oxide and particulate emissions approaching zero in gas mode. The main engine and its matching FGSS strictly adhere to the requirements of the Guidelines. Under the supervision of the Chongqing Maritime Safety Administration's ship inspection authority, the systems completed type approval, installation inspection, and test verification, ensuring full compliance with the highest safety and environmental standards for inland vessels. - Ship Inspection-Certified FGSS
The core FGSS integrates a vacuum-insulated Type C fuel tank, dual-redundant ambient air vaporizers, a gas pressure regulation module, and an intelligent control unit. The system design, material selection, manufacturing processes, and safety interlock logic were all reviewed by the ship inspection department. The system underwent rigorous inclining tests, gas tightness tests, and operational tests, ultimately obtaining official inspection certification, guaranteeing its long-term operational safety under the complex conditions of the waterway. - Customized Safety Design for Inland Vessels
Tailored for the characteristics of the upper and middle Yangtze waterways (many bends, shallow waters, numerous cross-river structures), the safety systems feature specialized enhancements:- Tank Protection: The tank area is equipped with collision protection structures and meets damage stability requirements.
- Gas Monitoring: The engine room and tank compartment spaces are with combustible gas continuous monitoring and alarm devices meeting regulatory requirements.
- Emergency Shutdown: An independent Emergency Shutdown (ESD) system runs throughout the vessel, linked with fire alarm and ventilation systems.
- Intelligent Energy Efficiency & Ship-Shore Management
The vessel is equipped with a marine intelligent energy efficiency management system capable of real-time monitoring of gas consumption, tank status, main engine performance, and emission data, generating electronic records compliant with maritime requirements. The system supports transmission of key data to a shore-based management platform via onboard communication devices, enabling fleet fuel management, voyage efficiency analysis, and remote technical support.
