Core Systems & Technical Features
- Integrated "One-Station, Four-Function" Composite System
The station intensively integrates four functional modules:- LNG Refueling Module: Provides liquid fuel supply for heavy engineering vehicles and intercity buses.
- LNG-to-CNG Conversion & Refueling Module: Converts LNG to CNG for taxis and small vehicles.
- Civil Regasified Gas Supply Module: Supplies pipeline natural gas to surrounding residential and commercial users via pressure regulation and metering skids.
- Urban Peak-Shaving Gas Storage Module: Utilizes the storage capacity of the station's large LNG tanks to vaporize and inject gas into the city grid during winter or consumption peaks, ensuring stable residential gas supply.
- Enhanced Design for Plateau & Extreme Cold Environments
Specifically reinforced for Yushu's average altitude above 3700 meters and extreme winter temperatures:- Equipment Selection: Core equipment like compressors, pumps, and instruments use plateau/low-temperature rated models, with insulation and electric trace heating systems.
- Process Optimization: Employs efficient ambient-air and electric-heat hybrid vaporizers for stable under very low ambient temperatures.
- Seismic Design: Equipment foundations and pipe supports are designed per VIII-degree seismic fortification standards, with flexible couplings at critical connections.
- Intelligent Dispatch & Multi-Output Control
The entire station is centrally controlled by an "Integrated Energy Management and Dispatch Platform". Based on real-time monitoring of vehicle refueling demand, civil pipeline pressure, and tank inventory, it intelligently optimizes of LNG resources and vaporization output rates. It automatically balances the three major loads—transportation, civil use, and peak shaving—maximizing energy utilization efficiency and operational safety. - High-Reliability Safety & Emergency System
A multi-layer safety protection and emergency response mechanism covers the entire station. It integrates seismic sensor-triggered automatic shutdown, redundant leak detection, an independent SIS (Safety Instrumented System), and backup power generators. This ensures the safety of the civil gas supply lifeline is prioritized under extreme conditions or emergencies, and allows the station to serve as a regional emergency energy reserve point.
