  1. Large-Scale Shore-Based Storage & Transportation & High-Efficiency Bunkering System

    The station is equipped with large vacuum-insulated LNG storage tanks and a matching BOG recovery and reliquefaction unit, possessing large-scale fuel reserve and continuous supply capabilities. The bunkering system employs high-pressure discharge submersible pumps and large-flow marine loading arms, achieving a maximum single bunkering rate of up to 400 cubic meters per hour. This meets the rapid refueling needs of large mainline container ships and other vessels, significantly reducing port turnaround time.

  2. Intelligent Ship-Shore Coordination & Precise Metering System

    An IoT-based ship-shore operation platform is established, supporting remote pre-arrival booking, automatic identification via electronic geofencing, and one-click bunkering process initiation. The bunkering unit is fitted with custody-transfer grade mass flow meters and online gas chromatographs, enabling precise measurement of bunkered quantity and real-time verification of fuel quality. Data is uploaded in real-time to port, maritime, and customer management systems, ensuring full-process transparency and traceability.

  3. Multi-Dimensional Security & Inherent Safety Design

    The design adheres to the highest international standards for port and marine fuel bunkering safety, establishing "Three Lines of Defense":

    • Inherent Safety Line: The tank area adopts a full-containment design with redundant process systems and SIL2-certified critical equipment.
    • Active Monitoring Line: Utilizes fiber optic sensing for leak, drone patrol inspection, and intelligent video analytics for behavior monitoring.
    • Emergency Response Line: Features a Safety Instrumented System (SIS) independent of the control system, Emergency Release Couplings (ERC), and an intelligent linkage mechanism with the port fire-fighting system.
  4. Multi-Energy Supply & Smart Energy Management

    The station integrates a cold energy utilization system and a shore power supply system. The cold energy released during LNG regasification is harnessed for station cooling or nearby cold storage facilities, achieving energy cascade utilization. Simultaneously, it provides high-voltage shore power to berthed vessels, promoting "zero fuel consumption, zero emissions" during port stays. A smart energy management platform performs real-time calculation and visualization of the station's energy consumption and carbon reduction data.
