A batch of high-performance and intelligent CNG dispensers has been deployed and put into operation nationwide, providing stable and efficient clean energy refueling services for local taxis, public buses, and freight fleets.

This series of dispensers has been specifically optimized for Thailand’s tropical climate, characterized by high temperatures, high humidity, and heavy rainfall. Key components are made of corrosion-resistant materials with enhanced sealing, while the electrical system features moisture-proof and overheat protection to ensure long-term reliability in humid and hot environments. The dispensers integrate high-precision flow meters, automatic pressure regulation, and fast-refueling modules, and are equipped with a Thai-language operation interface and voice prompts for ease of use and maintenance by local personnel.

To accommodate the high traffic volume and peak refueling periods typical in Thailand’s tourist cities and transport hubs, the dispensers support multi-nozzle simultaneous operation and intelligent queue management, significantly reducing vehicle waiting time. The equipment is also embedded with a remote monitoring and data analysis platform, capable of collecting refueling records, equipment status, and energy consumption data in real time. This enables predictive maintenance and energy efficiency optimization, helping operators improve station service capacity and operational profitability.

Throughout the implementation, the project team took into account local regulations, user habits, and infrastructure conditions in Thailand, providing comprehensive services from demand analysis, product customization, localized testing, installation and training, to long-term operation support. The equipment is compatible with common station control systems and payment methods in Thailand, allowing seamless integration into the existing CNG refueling network. The successful deployment of these dispensers further enriches Thailand’s clean transportation energy infrastructure and offers a reliable model for promoting CNG refueling equipment in other high-temperature and high-humidity regions of Southeast Asia.
