The station employs high-pressure hydrogen storage vessel banks (working pressure 87.5MPa) with independent intellectual property rights, paired with 90MPa-class liquid-driven hydrogen compressors and pre-cooling units. The system can complete the entire 70MPa high-pressure refueling process for passenger vehicles within 3-5 minutes. The dispensers integrate multi-stage buffering and precise pressure control algorithms, with the refueling curve strictly adhering to the SAE J2601-2 (70MPa) international protocol, ensuring safe, efficient refueling without compromising the fuel cell system.

A four-tier safety barrier of "material-structure-control-emergency" is established:
- Materials & Manufacturing: High-pressure piping and valves utilize 316L stainless steel and undergo 100% non-destructive testing.
- Structural Safety: The storage area is equipped with blast walls and pressure relief venting devices; the refueling area features safe distance markings and anti-collision facilities.
- Intelligent Monitoring: A laser-based micro-leak detection system for high-pressure hydrogen enables real-time monitoring and leak location.
- Emergency Response: A dual-loop Emergency Shutdown (ESD) system can achieve complete station hydrogen isolation within 300 ms.
