  1. Efficient & Environmentally Friendly Dual-Fuel Power System

    The vessel's core power is provided by a low-speed or medium-speed natural gas-diesel dual-fuel engine, which can intelligently switch between fuel oil and gas modes based on sailing conditions. In gas mode, emissions of sulfur oxides and particulate matter are nearly zero. The engine meets the International Maritime Organization (IMO) Tier III emission standards and has undergone combustion optimization for the characteristics of China's coastal waters, achieving optimal gas consumption while ensuring power performance.

  2. Safe & Reliable Marine LNG Fuel Storage & Supply System

    The vessel is equipped with an independent Type C vacuum-insulated LNG fuel tank, constructed from special cryogenic steel, with an effective volume meeting the design requirements. The matching Marine Fuel Gas Supply System (FGSS) integrates cryogenic pumps, vaporizers, heating/pressure regulation modules, and an intelligent control unit. It ensures a stable supply of gas with precisely controlled pressure and temperature to the main engine under various sea conditions and loads.

  3. Integrated Design for Ro-Ro Ship Operational Characteristics

    The design fully considers the space layout and center of gravity control requirements of the ro-ro ship's vehicle decks. The LNG fuel tank, gas supply piping, and safety zones are arranged in a and modular manner. The system features adaptive compensation functionality for tilt and sway conditions, ensuring continuous fuel supply during vehicle loading/unloading and in complex sea states, while maximizing the use of valuable hull space.

  4. Intelligent Monitoring & High-Level Safety System

    The vessel establishes a comprehensive gas safety system based on the principles of redundant control and risk isolation. This includes secondary barrier leak detection for the fuel tank, continuous gas concentration monitoring in the engine room, ventilation linkage, and a ship-wide emergency shutdown system. The central monitoring system provides real-time display of fuel inventory, equipment status, emission data, and supports energy efficiency analysis and remote technical assistance.
